| PUSHKIN, Alexander. The Tale of the Fisherman and the Golden Fish. Z. I. Grzhebin 1922 1st ed. Although the story was originally published in 1835 in a magazine, subsequently Pushkin made a number of corrections which were never made until this correct publication as a book. The stunning illustrations are by V. Konashevich. The brightly colored cover is quite quite good although lightly soiled, but the spine, which is very fragile, is damaged with about an inch missing at the bottom. The interior is excellent although the paper is somewhat age-browned. An overall nice copy of a very rare book. (In Russian) $450.00 | |
